We specialize in Residential projects. The Owner/Contractor is Dan O’Donnell (whose first name is James). Dan has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has had extensive training in many trades. He has also been certified and factory trained with companies like Pella Windows, Velux Skylights, Hardi Siding, Endless Pools and others. Dan states “I believe in installing products properly and by the manufacturers specifications”.
We know that there is an endless list of material and products available to the remodeling consumer. By educating ourselves on the best material and products available, we are able to give our client’s the best possible information for their choices. Dan has been active in the community and has served on the Board of the San Luis Yacht Club, as a President of the Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce and a term as Planning Commissioner for the City of Arroyo Grande.

At James O’Donnell Company, we stay abreast of the latest products and innovations, and work diligently to find the right solutions for our client’s needs. As noted earlier, we specialize in the Remodeling of residential structures, and are aware of the concerns our clients have in regards to people working in their homes.
We use professional and reliable people for all of our work. We take the extra care to protect our client’s environment while we work. We clean up daily and use dust and dirt protection. We protect the property from damage, and continually communicate what we will be doing, and who will be entering our client’s homes. We listen to all our clients concerns, and respect their wishes when it comes to their property. We know that when we leave at the end of the day, our clients will be living in their home, and we do all we can to make their environment as comfortable as possible while we work to complete their project. We schedule our work to meet the client’s needs and to complete the project as quickly as possible.
