Before any Construction can begin, a plan needs to be developed. By knowing your expectations of Use, Cost and Design we can develop a set of working documents that will be needed and required to bring your vision to reality.
All our drawings are done with CAD, which streamlines the process of plan development. We have designed and prepared plans for over 50 projects, and built over 600 projects, including:

We can take your project through the complete cycle of Planning and Design, Permits through to the end of Construction.
We are familiar with the latest California Building Codes including Title 24 compliance issues. We also have a working relation with local Engineers should the need arise.
